Use this page to request deletion of an account associated with a String Theory LLC app.
How to request deletion
- Send an email from the address associated with your app account.
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
- Include the app name and any account identifier shown in the app.
What will be deleted
When we verify your request, we will delete account information associated with the applicable app, unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, billing, dispute resolution, or other legitimate obligations.
Data that may be retained
Some limited records may be retained when necessary, such as transaction records, security logs, support correspondence, or information required by law. Retained data will be limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
